   Gold Lens Photography provide EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) which is a legal requirement for most of properties built, sold or let in the UK. Some are exempt - you can find more information here .

  EPC shows a list of statistics about the energy efficiency of your home and how to improve and reduce CO2 emissions. We only use Certified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), who will produce a certificate with 24-hour turnaround. EPC can be ordered along photos and a floor plan package or separately.
